The sessions are high energy and the participant's learning is augmented by trainer aided lessons, participative experience sharing, loads of inter disciplinary discussions and games thereby contextualizing the outcomes of the session for every need of a learner.

Post Session, a detailed Development action plan ( “Golden Compass ™” ) is worked out with the learners, enabling them to monitor their goals and plans. We have a unique proposition for learners to continue their journey with us by joining “KnowledgeVenturers” our online fellowship of learners. This platform provides periodic facilitator guided calls, videos, email helpdesk and other resources to help learners bring it all to a greater effect.
