    Managing Partner

    Rasika is the founder member of Knowledge Ventures. She is a dedicated and passionate professional who loves her area of work. A Springdalean and an English (Hons.) graduate from Hansraj College (Delhi University), she chose HR specialization for her Post Graduation from CMD, Modinagar.

    She is known to be an excellent HR partner who understands business requirements well and delivers results consistently. She has more than 14 years of experience in executive search & HR consulting across industries for all stages of business maturity ranging from emerging businesses, start-up projects to established and multi-location operations.

    Rasika has an excellent rapport with her clients and engages with them on high quality and differentiated offerings. She is the core member of KV’s think tank and leadership team.
  • Bharti Saxena
    Managing Partner
    A Post Graduate in HR and with two decades of experience in organizations like Engineers India Limited, Oxford University Press, Shiv Nadar University and Manya Education-The Princeton Review, Bharti has successfully led and accomplished several HR projects for business success.

    She carries a strategic outlook and thorough execution skills. Her strength lies in her attention to detail and thinking through for operational & delivery excellence. She has led many initiatives in the areas like organizational diagnostics, building teams, setting systems and processes, designing policies & largely impacting organizational culture and values through the HR function while partnering with the community and stakeholders.

    Bharti possesses an adaptive attitude which enables her to deal with diversity thought and form alike. She is a Delhi University topper and gold medalist in her post- graduation
  • Rohit Chandra
    Associate Partner

    An alumni of MDI, Gurgaon and IIM – Ahmedabad Rohit has more than two decades of managing human resources in the Hospitality, Telecom, Retail and Real Estate industries with top brands like ITC Hotels, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Retail and DLF Ltd.

    As HR Head, he has helped establish organizations from scratch preparing HR plans and structures, developing the teams, integrating systems & processes, organizing employee engagement and development initiatives and ensuring compliances with statuettes.

    He has worked extensively on the skills development and employability enhancement in the Hospitality, Telecom and Retail sectors.
  • P Sathya
    Associate Partner

    An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Sathya got commissioned as an officer in the Gorkha Regiment of the Indian Army in 1988. His love for the nature and outdoors and deep interest in training led him on to his 2nd career as a consultant and trainer with over 15 yrs of solid corporate experience under his belt. He is a qualified and vastly experienced trainer in NLP, Communication, Time Management, Stress Management, Customer Handling, Team  Building, fostering Leadership skills and reviewing techniques. He has set up and headed the soft-skills training department of a large IT and ITES Group.

    Post the Army tenure, he has held management positions in World Class Organizations Like Hanil Lear (Manufacturing), Klimak (Engineering), Jet Airways (Aviation), and Consulting (Team V). As a consultant he has recruited for senior government positions for the government of Botswana and worked with organisations like Mahindra group, CSS Corp, Cognizant, TCS, Ebay / Paypal, Hindustan Unilever, DLF, Wipro, Cams, JM Financial, Orchid Chemicals, Airtel, etc. He has also worked on international assignments at Korea and Italy. 

    In addition to consulting and training Sathya also runs an Alternative Lifestyle Company that is building sustainable and blended living communities combining senior citizen homes with naturopathy centers and organic farming. Besides business and training, he is an avid trekker, adventure sports enthusiast and supporter of naturopathy. He is based out of Chennai.

    Avni comes with 11 years of experience in retail and real estate industry , she has worked with elite organizations like Shoppers Stop, Reliance Retail , Staples & Sheth Creators.

    Her core competency in HR is Learning and Development and has also managed HR generalist profile. During her tenure with different organizations she has worked on assignments like retail store operations & media buying

    Strong believer of positive attitude and a professional who believes in building relationship across levels in the organization.
  • Nirupama Sridhar K
    Associate Partner

    Nirupama derives great pleasure in designing core HR systems and processes that enable organization and people development. Her passion, expertise and interest are in the area of talent management and talent development.

    She is a Post Graduate in Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management, specializing in HR. In her career spanning 17 years she has worked in the Corporate HR functions of Reliance Industries, i-flex solutions, Philips Software and start-ups in the IT industry. As an HR specialist she has managed the conceptualization, design and implementation of interventions in Organization Diagnostic Studies, Organization Structuring, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Management Development, Competency Framework Design, Assessment Centre Design, Talent Assessment and Talent Segmentation. As a learning facilitator she has facilitated workshops for professionals in the areas of Performance Management and Employee Engagement.

    She is a Certified Trainer, Certified Assessment Centre Analyst and a Certified DISC Trainer.
  • Chandrika Nayak

    Any process that leads to People development is very exciting for Chandrika. Her passion, expertise and interest are in the area of Learning and Development. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in various roles as a Learning & Development (L&D) specialist, Workshop Facilitator and Coach of which 13 years are in the corporate organizations.

    As a learning facilitator, she has conducted over 600 days of training for more than 6000 corporate professionals in the areas of People management, Performance management, Interviewing, Career Planning, Coaching, Campus to Corporate Transition and Time management. As a HR specialist, she has lead planning and implementing Competency frameworks, 360 degree feedback, Assessment and Development Centers, Action planning sessions and Job description development for Senior Management roles.

    She has an engineering degree from UVCE, Bangalore with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management. She has an International Certificate in Training Skills. She is an Associate Certified Coach from International Coach Federation, USA.
  • Anil Bhatnagar

    An ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development) award winning author of 5 books including five Wise Monkeys of Communication (Formerly Titled Water the Roots) and Success 24 X 7: Tens Sure Ways to Corporate and Personal Success. Anil Bhatnagar is a Trainer, an expert on behavioural issues on the national network of television as well as a Times of India columnist.

    He has been featured on the covers of Personal Excellence—a magazine brought out by the Covey Leadership Centre in US (Executive Excellence Publications) and is one among the 19 gurus picked up from all over the world by Brenda Barnaby, the British author of 'Beyond the Secret' whose work she has quoted in and based her book on.

    Anil has written foreword to 'Bow Wow Secrets' --a book by the American author Dr. W. Cottringer. He has received testimonials for his books from several international authorities on the subject.

    A post graduate of IMT, Ghaziabad 1995 batch, Neeta completed her under graduation from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University in Commerce (Honours). Having a major in HR, she worked as an HR Generalist with South-Asia’s leading engineering consultancy for about a decade before starting on the journey of following her passion as a consultant in talent search and talent development space where she continues to thrive for last ten years.

    She has been involved at Strategic as well as Operational levels, in result-oriented Organizational Development & Change Management initiatives.

    Her expertise in Performance Management and Management Development for enhancing individual and organizational effectiveness has helped several organisations by way of facilitated workshops.
